Costume Characters

All of the costume characters are accompanied by a
Clown or person dressed in plain clothes who performs face painting and balloon twisting,
with the excpetion of the princess, cow girl and pirate who does this herself.

The costume character will make a 15 minute appearance at the beginning
of the party followed by 45 minutes of face painting and balloon twisting.
